Abstract Three novel ［60］fullerene derivatives containing fluorene were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction, hydrazone reaction and 1,3dipolar cycloaddition reaction, using 2,7-dibromofluoren-9-one as the starting material. The structures were characterized by UV-Vis， 1H NMR， 13C NMR， FT-IR and MALDI-TOF-MS．
